光化學反應儀釜的理想應用方法

有研究(jiu)表(biao)明,光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)應儀一種類似(si)于非填(tian)充式固定床型的催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑固定技術,即(ji)布置于反(fan)應器底部、載(zai)(zai)有TiO2膜的玻璃纖維經(jing)過(guo)表(biao)面(mian)修飾(在TiO2表(biao)面(mian)擔載(zai)(zai)某些重(zhong)金(jin)屬或金(jin)屬氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)物,光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)應儀如Ag、Au、Pt、Pd、Nb、RuO2和Pt-RuO2等)能提(ti)高(gao)TiO2光(guang)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)性。考慮到(dao)采取(qu)此(ci)項技術進行飲(yin)(yin)用(yong)水深度凈化(hua)(hua)(hua)時,金(jin)屬含(han)量低則(ze)不起(qi)作用(yong),光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)應器含(han)量高(gao)則(ze)使水中(zhong)重(zhong)金(jin)屬含(han)量超過(guo)飲(yin)(yin)用(yong)水標準,故筆者(zhe)試圖從另一角度,即(ji)提(ti)高(gao)TiO2吸附能力方面(mian)來研究(jiu)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑的固定化(hua)(hua)(hua)問題。

  光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)儀活性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭因其比表面(mian)積(ji)大、吸附能(neng)(neng)力強及疏(shu)水性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)好等優點,一直被廣泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong)在(zai)水處理方面(mian)。筆者借(jie)助于活性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭這一優點來(lai)提高固定(ding)(ding)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑的(de)(de)光(guang)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)降解性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)即將TiO2粉末連同粉末活性(xing)(xing)(xing)炭一起被固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內壁(bi),然后對自(zi)來(lai)水進(jin)(jin)行深度處理試(shi)(shi)驗。作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)對比,同時對純TiO2進(jin)(jin)行了試(shi)(shi)驗。為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)便于比較,光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行了不同工(gong)藝(yi)條(tiao)件(jian)下的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗。一種是(shi)以牛皮紙代替(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內壁(bi),將催化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)牛皮紙一側,按所(suo)需催化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑用(yong)量將相應(ying)(ying)大小(xiao)的(de)(de)牛皮紙襯在(zai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內壁(bi)進(jin)(jin)行試(shi)(shi)驗。光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)另一種直接以TiO2粉末為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑進(jin)(jin)行試(shi)(shi)驗,處理后的(de)(de)水用(yong)0.45μm濾膜(mo)進(jin)(jin)行抽濾。試(shi)(shi)驗裝置如(ru)圖1所(suo)示,光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)由玻璃制做,尺寸為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)6×56cm,容積(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1582cm3,實際容積(ji)(除去紫外燈(deng)(deng))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1287cm3;石英紫外線殺菌燈(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)功率為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)20W,光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)主波長為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)253.7nm,在(zai)本試(shi)(shi)驗條(tiao)件(jian)下光(guang)強E為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)3.90×103μW/cm2;氣泵(beng)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)除進(jin)(jin)行曝氣以促使TiO2在(zai)溶(rong)液中呈懸浮態以外,還提供空氣,實際光(guang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)利用(yong)空氣中的(de)(de)O2為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)電子(zi)接受體(ti),防止電子(zi)和空穴的(de)(de)復合。
