全自(zi)動氮氣濃縮儀在大量的分析工作尤其是在環境污染物、食品安全分析領域中,為了獲得痕量的目標組分,都需對備檢樣品進行預處理,其過程主要包括有樣品提取(萃取)、濃縮、凈化及再濃縮等基本步驟,其中如何快速無損的濃縮也是關鍵的一環。完成濃縮過程的常用裝置包括旋轉蒸發儀、K-D濃縮器和氮氣吹掃(簡稱氮吹儀)等,其中以氮吹濃縮簡單,它不需要特別的裝置設計,當樣品數量不多或溶劑量較小時,采用該法方便。當同時需要濃縮大批量樣品且溶劑量多時,以上各濃縮裝置就顯得力不從心,濃縮過程顯得費時、費力(需要看管,以防吹干)且開放式的氮吹裝置對操作人員身體健康不利。
